ER Physician – Saturday PRN ($5,000+ per shift)

Pick up consistent extra income in a low-acuity, high-support clinical environment. This is an ideal PRN opportunity for a physician looking for a manageable pace within a highly acclaimed, independent health system.

The Financials: 💰

  • Hourly Rate: $210/hr

  • Shift Earnings: $5,040 per 24-hour Saturday shift

  • Status: PRN / Independent Contractor

The Clinical Environment: 🛡️

  • Manageable Pace: Low-acuity ER with ~6,000 annual cases.

  • Daytime Support: Dedicated APP coverage during the day.

  • Specialty Backup: 24/7 on-site Hospitalists; Surgery and Anesthesia on-call.

  • Modern Facility: State-of-the-art Level III Trauma Center with all private patient rooms and Epic EMR.

Qualifications: 📋

  • BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (or FM/IM with extensive ER experience).

  • Active Minnesota license (or ability to obtain).

  • Current ATLS or CALS, ACLS, and PALS.
